Tomoki Matsuno is a Kenneth I. Juster Fellow at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. His professional interest lies in energy security in Asia-Pacific during the renewable energy transition. He also serves as a Head of Research for the North America region at the Institute for Sustainable Energy Policies, a Tokyo-based NGO.
