There are only three places in the world where you are more likely to have a female manager than a male one. Expert Market took data from the International Labour Organisation Statistical Office to create a map showing where the most female managers in the world can be found. Of 108 countries surveyed, only Jamaica, Colombia and Saint Lucia broke the 50% barrier, none of which rose above 60%.
On a continental scale, South America had the most opportunity for female managers. The United States had 42.8% female managers, putting it in 15th place, while the United Kingdom came 41st, with only 34.2%.
