Formerly Assistant Secretary for Strategy, Planning, Analysis & Risk at US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and senior government executive, 2006-2015; represented DHS on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US (CFIUS), and architected and helped implement several corporate-level DHS management reform efforts including DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson's Unity of Effort Initiative.
