Allison Neale has worked in global health, corporate social responsibility and human rights for more than two decades. As Henry Schein’s Vice President of Public Policy, Allison leads several major public-private partnerships in global health, including: she co-directs Henry Schein’s engagement as private sector lead of the Pandemic Supply Chain Network, an initiative aimed at enhancing global pandemic preparedness efforts; and she co-founded the Alpha Omega-Henry Schein Cares Holocaust Survivor Oral Health Program, a program that provides free dental care to survivors in need across North America. Allison represents Henry Schein on several private sector initiatives in global health, including: Chair of the Global Health Security Agenda Private Sector Roundtable, Chair of the Gold Foundation Corporate Council, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Corporate Roundtable, UHC2030 Private Sector Constituency, and various engagements with the World Economic Forum. Allison has published several articles on the power of the stakeholder engagement model, including “The Flywheel Philosophy,” recently published in Strategy + Business Magazine.
Prior to joining Team Schein in 2008, Allison served as Senior Advocacy Associate at Global Health Strategies; International Human Rights Officer at the Jacob Blaustein Institute for the Advancement of Human Rights; Senior Associate in the Strategic Planning Unit of the Office of the Secretary-General at the United Nations; and Research and Investigations Coordinator at Physicians for Human Rights. Allison received her Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School, where she was awarded the Pforzheimer Foundation Fellowship, and received her Bachelor’s Degree magna cum laude from Tufts University.
