Andreea is a business leader with 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and go-to-market roles. She joined Cognizant in August 2020 and currently heads up the Integrated Service Line marketing role globally, focused on growing awareness of Cognizant’s unique technology capabilities and partnering with clients for growth.
Prior to joining Cognizant, Andreea held leadership roles in global branding and communications, product marketing, sales operations and analytics at SunGard Data Systems (now Fidelity Information Services), Silicon Valley startups, and Unisys Corporation. In these roles, she built high-performing, collaborative teams that contributed to double-digit growth in revenue, client retention, and new business win rates.
Andreea is an avid technologist and has worked with PE and VC firms on value creation initiatives leveraging technology. She is passionate about innovation, women’s leadership and mentoring talented leaders. Andreea holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Vienna (Austria), an MBA from Duke University, and was a visiting Scholar at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.
