Axel P. Lehmann is Group Chief Operating Officer of UBS Group AG and President of the Executive Board of UBS Business Solutions. He was a member of the BoD of UBS AG from 2009 to 2015 and of UBS Group AG from 2014 to 2015. Previously, he was a member of Zurich Insurance Group’s Executive Committee starting from 2002, holding various management positions, including CEO for the European and North America businesses and Chief Risk Officer with additional responsibilities for Group IT, as Regional Chairman for Europe, Middle East and Africa and Chairman for Farmers Group Inc. He is also a co-chair of the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Financial and Monetary Systems.
