Building an inclusive metaverse starts now. Here's how
The metaverse will increase inclusivity but must genuinely consider diverse needs at the outset and use collaboration and grassroots input to succeed.
As a Global Chief Marketing Officer, I believe in the incredible power of marketing to help unlock business growth. I currently lead all Marketing and Communications across DXC Technology, a leading technology services firm. I have led strategic B2B and B2C marketing transformation across a range of complex Fortune 200 companies and industries, including at BNY Mellon, GE and P&G. Leading teams from fifty to several hundred, my responsibilities have spanned across the entire spectrum of marketing and communications, including corporate and business line branding, advertising, executive communications, public relations, media, sponsorships, events, digital marketing, content marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, analytics and sales enablement. I enjoy being an ambidextrous marketer – building creative purpose-driven brands that leveraging data analytics to grow demand.
Giving back is important to me as I champion diversity in business and continuously look to advance the field of marketing. I have served as the Chair of several company diversity organizations and I currently serve as an executive member of Ascend, as a member of the Association of National Advertisers Growth Council and a mentor for the 30% Club.
