Carolyn Blacklock

Resident Representative to PNG, IFC

Carolyn Blacklock has been the IFC Resident Representative to PNG since 2010. Throughout the 1990’s till 2010, she held senior positions in both Westpac and ANZ banks covering the Pacific and Asia region. Ms Blacklock grew up in rural north Queensland and holds a Masters Degree in International Development from the Deakin University in Victoria, Australia. IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is the largest global development institution focused exclusively on the private sector.
