Claudia Naegeli studied Journalism and Organisational Communications at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Later she worked there as scientific assistant while, at the same time, being editor for the online magazine ETH Life and later PR consultant. After 3 years at the Corporate Communications department of ETH Zurich, she moved to Bern to become Head Communications for the Organisation Working Environment (OdA) Health Bern. For the canton Bern she was responsible for communications activities related to health care professions. She returned to ETH Zurich's News & Media Relations team as Media Relations Officer in May 2009.
