Previously he was Senior Director of Group Digital Strategy at DHL Global Headquarters, where he has facilitated the design and implementation of the digital transformation agenda – everything driven by customer experience. Before focusing on pure digital transformation work, Cristian has been managing for DHL global digital marketing programs as a mix of lead generation campaigns and strategic brand initiatives. He also spent a few years in consulting, where he worked with a wide range of customers from industries like IT, telecom, automotive, pharma or retail.
