How technology can help close Nigeria’s gender gap
Increasing women's participation in the male-dominated tech and STEM sectors will help close the gender gap and address social inequalities in Nigeria.
Danladi’s professional interests cut across strategy and transformation, technology, business development, and marketing. He is passionate about helping brands create long-term value that would set them apart as purpose-driven category and industry leaders. Danladi has a track record of delivering social impact projects and initiatives through his volunteer involvement with various organizations including AIESEC, The Irede Foundation, SolHub Africa, amongst others. Having participated in the hub incubator program of the Global Shapers Community (GSC) with mentors and facilitators from Accenture and the World Economic Forum (WEF), in April 2022 he founded the Benin-City Hub of the Global Shapers Community where he currently leads the hub’s growth strategy and provides general management and leadership as Founding Curator, working with cross-functional teams of highly driven and diverse Shapers. He has participated in various events and activities of the community and has attended the 2022 Annual Curators Meeting (ACM) of the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. In addition to participating in various business and marketing programs at renowned academic institutions across the world, Danladi holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from the University of Benin and is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan-Atlantic University.
