Director; Head, Infrastructure, Eurasia, Sustainable Infrastructure Group, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)

Masters of Science in International Economic Relations from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO University), as well as PhD from the same university. CFA charterholder since 2004. Joined EBRD in 2000 and have been on assignments in the field for almost 12 years, first in Moscow and then in Almaty, I covered infrastructure projects in a number of countries to include, Eastern Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Southern and Eastern Mediterranean. I am currently, Director, Infrastructure- Eurasia Team at the EBRD. With just under USD 1 bln in annual investments, the EBRD Infrastructure-Eurasia Team provides financing in a variety of forms, including sovereign and non-sovereign public sector loans, limited and non-recourse project funding involving private companies or public-private partnerships, and equity. Prior to joining the EBRD, I was with Schlumberger Oil&Gas Services and E&Y.
