Eric Enselme

Executive Fellow, World Economic Forum Geneva

As an Executive Fellow for the Centre of Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains, Eric Enselme provides guidance and support on the Centre’s strategies, priorities, content development, partners engagement and collaboration with the Global Industries team.

Eric is also a passionate member of three critical initiatives of the Centre: (1) the Industry Net Zero Accelerator initiative, (2) the Global Lighthouse Network and, (3) Driving Cyber Resilience in Manufacturing. Amongst his most recent contributions, he had the opportunity to co-author two white papers: The No Excuse Framework to Accelerate the Path to Net Zero Manufacturing and Value Chains; and Unlocking Business Model through Advanced Manufacturing. Both were discussed at the Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland. Enselme is also a member of the Global Lighthouse Network Advisory Board.

Before joining the Forum as a fellow in May 2021, Eric spent three decades at Procter & Gamble (P&G) working across a wide spectrum of international roles, both operational and transformational, and last served as Global Vice President leading the Supply Chain Digital Transformation and the Innovation Management Office of P&G's largest sector, a role in which he was directly reporting to the CEO of the Fabric and Home Care sector.

Eric is passionate about leading transformation, developing talents and driving equality and inclusion. He is also an avid endurance athlete who enjoys volunteering to support sports' events and associations.
