Kiran is currently at BI Norwegian buisness school where she is lecturing and doing research on responsible tax practices towards multinational companies, tax administrations and investors. She is doing a project for EU on tax administrations between multinational companies and the tax authorities. She is a board member of Norwegian Refugee Council. She is also a board member of ICJ (International Commission of Jurists) working with human rights. Kiran is engaged with the committee working for corporate social responsibility under ICJ Norway. She has previously worked as Attorney at Ernst & Young with international tax law and corporate law. She has also been a member of the Norwegian Bar Association legal aid committee and working with legal aid projects in countries such as Uganda, Guatemala in order to provide free legal aid and strength bar associations in other countries. She is engaged with women on boards in several initiatives.
