Dr Liu Guoyue, a senior engineer, graduated from North China Electric Power University (NCEPU), majoring in Electric Power System and Automation. He received his doctoral degree in Thermal Engineering from NCEPU and his EMBA from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University.
Dr. LIU previously worked as Vice President of Huaneng Power International, Executive Vice President of China Huaneng Group, Executive Vice President of the State Grid Corporation of China, President and CEO of China Energy Investment Corporation.
Dr. LIU is now Chairman of China Energy Investment Corporation.
