Nobuo Yoshida

Senior Economist, World Bank

Nobuo Yoshida is a senior economist in Poverty Reduction and Equity Group (PRMPR) at the World Bank, and holds a Ph.D. in economics from Boston University. His major areas of interest include poverty measurement, small area estimation of poverty, vulnerability and social protection. He was a member of technical working group for creating the World Bank Group’s twin goals and engaged in the evaluation of various options.
