Paul is ‘Expert’ to the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) Opinion: ‘European Energy Dialogue: Towards a European Energy Community’: Socio-Technical Expert, EC Study: Benefits and limitations of nuclear fission for a low carbon economy (Horizon-2020). He has drafted sets of Department of Health NHS guidance, and co-edited the Routledge publication: ‘Globalisation, Markets and Healthcare Policy - Redrawing the patient as consumer’. His key interests include: Nuclear policy, energy futures, environmental risk, pollution control, participatory democracy, and public involvement.
