Member, Scientific Advisory Board, Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences. Chair, Psychology, American Association for the Advancement of Science. Former President, Society for Research in Psychopathology and Society for Psychophysiological Research. Has published more than 275 articles, many chapters and reviews and edited 13 books. Co-Author of The Emotional Life of Your Brain (2012). Recipient of awards.
