Somto Chloe Keluo-Udeke is a passionate healthcare professional with pharmacy and public health experience. She is a Senior Consultant at Salient Advisory, where she helps bridge the gap between innovative African health tech startups and leading global healthcare organizations.
Holding a solid background in Pharmacy and an MSc. in Public Health, Somto's work is driven by a commitment to improving healthcare systems and outcomes. She has worked on public health projects in over 20 African countries, focusing on strengthening immunization systems, responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, and promoting health tech innovations. She has also authored several peer-reviewed articles and grey literature.
In recognition of her expertise, she has been nominated to serve in several advisory roles, including as the African Regional Director with the International Working Group for Health Systems Strengthening.
Somto is committed to advocating for gender equality and championing youth causes in her community. In her spare time, she loves reading African fiction, experiencing new cultures, and fine dining.
