Experience rooted in organizational development and positive performance attributes. She serves as COO of the US Center for Advanced Manufacturing and lead for the Workforce Initiative focusing on bringing public and private sector together to accelerate the growth of workforce in the US. Stephanie focuses on the entire chain of workforce including under represented, future leaders and transformational change leadership of current executive teams. She is an international certified coach, six sigma trained and negotiation expert.
