He has many years of experience of the UK and global employment law aspects of outsourcings, reorganisations, integrations and general M&A. He also has a busy contentious practice, and has represented employer clients in numerous cases before Employment Tribunals, as well as appeals at all levels up to and including the Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice
