Nielsen is an anthropologist and founder of the non-profit organization Move The Elephant For Inclusiveness, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and co-chair of the Global Future Council for Behavioural Science. She is the co-author of the Inclusion Nudges Guidebook (2015, 2016) and co-founder of the non-profit Inclusion Nudges Global Community of Sharing, which is a global movement of sharing behavioural design techniques to mitigate bias & promote inclusion.
