Energy plays a vital role in powering ASEAN’s future growth. For this reason, the World Economic Forum convenes the ASEAN Leaders for Just Energy Transition, a community of Southeast Asian business leaders, to strengthen intra-regional and international cooperation required to accelerate a just and responsible energy transition and decarbonisation of the region. The community shares a common vision to elevate the narrative of ASEAN's energy transition and to foster public-private sector cooperation.
