International Energy Community - China

International Energy Community - China

A community of “professional friends”, launched in 2019, dedicated to accelerating the energy transition. The community’s aim is to bring the Forum’s activities from the Centre for Energy and Materials to Chinese partners and share China’s successes and challenges in energy with the rest of the world. The community currently has over 40 representatives from SOEs, governments and multi-national companies. Through activities spread out through the year, the community convenes on a yearly basis in China. Past events include International Energy Transition Meeting in collaboration with State Grid, CAST and SASAC and an energy session at the China Business Roundtable.
