Investing in People

Over the next five years, nearly a quarter of all jobs and just short of a half of workers’ skills will face disruption due to geo-economic shifts, technological changes and the green transition. The resulting churn in jobs and skills demands a coordinated response from policymakers, employers and workers to ensure a positive outcome for people across the globe.
