HPS Investment Partners is a global credit investment firm with approximately $75 billion of assets under management. HPS was founded in 2007 and manages various strategies that invest across the capital structure, from syndicated leveraged loans and high yield bonds to privately negotiated senior secured debt and mezzanine investments, asset-based leasing and private equity. HPS is headquartered in New York, with 13 offices worldwide, and has 167 investment professionals and over 410 employees globally. In March 2016, the senior executives of HPS acquired HPS and its subsidiaries from JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings and Highbridge Capital Management.
