Founded in 1961, OYAK is among Türkiye’s largest complementary occupational pension funds. OYAK operates in Türkiye in the mining metallurgy, cement, concrete paper, automotive logistics, energy, food, agriculture, animal husbandry, chemicals and finance sectors, and operates in 24 countries around the world. It conducts all its activities within the scope of Law No. 205 and serves as a secondary-level complementary occupational pension fund. OYAK is an additional social security institution subject to the provisions of private law, which is financially and administratively autonomous. It manages the savings of its 460,000 members in accordance with the principles of efficiency and profitability.
