Vietcombank

Vietcombank is a large commercial bank in Viet Nam, established in 1963. It successfully launched an initial public offering (IPO) in 2007 and officially became the Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam in 2008. An mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deal in 2011 made Mizuho Corporate Bank its strategic partner, with 15% ownership. Vietcombank provides products and services covering commercial banking, investment banking and fund management.
