Serving as civil servant in the INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE. Presently serving in the position as Director in the Ministry ofInformation and Broadcasting, under Government of India. Have worked in various capacities in the government of Manipur as joint secretary in the public engineering Dept. tribal affairs, as director in the department of youth Affairs and Sports, Managing Director of Coorperative Bank,Imphal amongst other position. Among some of the works done, the construction of people's road together with the villagers to construct over 100 kms road connecting the three states of Manipur, Assam and nagaland had brought changes in the life of so many villagers. Awarded India's most eminent Civil servant 2015. Had spoken at several Universities, TEDx talks giving inspirational talks to many esp. the youths.
