Barinder Rasode is a dynamic entrepreneur, public servant, and advocate based in Vancouver, Canada. As co-founder and CEO of Tersa Earth Innovations, she leads a technology company focused on sustainable mining solutions and essential metals recovery[1][8]. Her diverse career spans roles in local government, healthcare, and bioscience entrepreneurship.

Rasode served two terms as an elected City Councillor for Surrey, British Columbia's second-largest city, where she oversaw a $3 billion budget and advocated for over 500,000 citizens[1]. She also sat on the Board of Directors for Fraser Health, serving a population of 1.6 million.

A passionate advocate for women's empowerment, Rasode co-founded SheTalks, an initiative that provides a platform for women to share inspirational stories of leadership and innovation.Her entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding HAVN Life Sciences, a publicly traded biotechnology company.
