As an architect, an urban designer, Arup’s CEO of the European Region and a proud European, it's my mission to shape and implement the strategic vision for Arup’s place in Europe’s advisory and engineering landscape.

Europe is a thriving and diverse region that is undergoing a transformation driven by the need to modernize infrastructure, meet the needs of a changing population, and mitigate the impact of climate change. These challenges have pushed our organization to lead efforts towards sustainable development, supporting our clients and working with our partners to move the built environment towards a circular economy, a decarbonised future, and resilient, liveable communities.

As CEO, it's my mission to further strengthen collaboration across the organization of our 2200+ people working throughout our nine European countries leveraging our local experts and harnessing the experience of our global teams to benefit our clients and drive our purpose of building a better world.

And it's this purpose – Arup's purpose – that inspires me as a leader, father, citizen and friend, to ensure that we as an organization succeed.
