Cindy has more than 25 years’ experience in professional services, driving systemic and sustainable change by aligning people, entities, and cultures.

She is AlixPartners’ Head of Social Responsibility, Board member of Global Dignity, the NGO founded by three World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders, and Ambassador Chair for Included, the impact-led diversity consulting firm founded by Stephen Frost, another YGL.

In addition to participating in Faith in Action, Cindy actively supports AlixPartners' commitment as a founding member of the Racial Justice in Business Partnership and previously served on the Global Future Councils for Systemic Inequality & Social Cohesion and Equity & Social Justice, and as a judge and collaborator for the Uplink Climate Justice Challenge.
