Founder, We Are All Human

Claudia Romo Edelman, a Mexican-Swiss Diplomat is the founder of “We Are All Human”, an organization cultivating radical inclusion by promoting tolerance and diversity to fight racial xenophobic discrimination. In addition to this role, Romo is a Special Advisor of UNICEF and currently serves on the board for Bank Street College of Education, Hispanicize, and Agrosmart. She is a judge for the D&AD Impact Awards and Cannes Lion SDG Awards.
Romo launched her career as a journalist and press correspondent for Latin American media companies such as Notimex, Proceso, Infrared Monitor. Recognized as a strategist in communications and media Romo has run PR for the World Economic Forum in Switzerland (1999- 2007), the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR), and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB & Malaria. Since 2014 Romo worked with the Executive Office of the Secretary General for the United Nations helping to lead communications and advocacy on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals and Climate Change. She is also a marketing professor at the University of Geneva for MBA students with a specialization in international organizations, IOMBA, and MOOCs marketing.

Holding a Masters of Political Communications from the London School of Economics, Romo also has degrees in Communications, Philosophy, and Photography. A frequent public speaker and moderator her favorite topics of discourse include Radical inclusion and diversity; Latino entrepreneurship and Hispanic advancement; Migration; Sustainable Development Goals and larger global issues of Gender equality and early childhood development.
