Consultant and international speaker for UN Women, UNDP, ILO, World Economic Forum, UNHCR, UNWTO, IDB and Tedx events. Her work has impacted more than 19 countries, 200+organizations and 50 communities in Costa Rica helping them overcome economic and social exclusion. Selected by Forbes among the 100 most powerful women in Central America. Master in Psychology of economic life from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. Degree in Psychology from the University of Costa Rica.
Former VP for Reinventing Business for All and a Member of the Social Innovation Committee of the government of Costa Rica during the 2014-2018. She is part of the advisory board for CRUSA Foundation and was Vice-President of Fruktus Foundation. She was formerly the Founding CEO of ALAS, a non-profit organization for women’s empowerment; Recruiting Manager, Arcus, a US-based company with near shore solutions in Costa Rica.

Founder and active teacher at MENTE, program to empower women in STEM careers. Passionate activist for human rights and gender equality.
