Dr David Kingham is CEO of Tokamak Energy Ltd, a company set to have a dramatic impact on the development of fusion power and hence on decarbonisation of energy supply and on global warming. David has a degree and PhD in theoretical physics from the Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge and was a Fellow of Trinity Hall, Cambridge and held a Royal Society Research Fellowship before joining VG Instuments, a Scientific Instruments business. He then established Oxford Innovation Ltd and grew the business as Managing Director to over 100 employees before merging with SQW, the economic development consultancy. Dr Kingham joined Tokamak Energy Ltd as its first CEO in 2010.
