Dianah Alabduljabbar

Human Resources Policy Analyst, Global Analysis Department, Saudi Aramco

Dianah obtained her Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the American University of Sharjah in 2003. Then, in 2009, she was sponsored by Aramco to complete her advance degree where she obtained her Master’s degree in Human Resource Manage (HRM) from Marymount University, Virginia, USA. In 2011, she earned a Professional certification in Human Resources Management (HRM).

Dianah worked in many different HR activities including developing salary programs, revamping Total Reward packages, optimizing many HR services, automating HR services by utilizing the existing technologies, CRM and HR Online Portal, and managing the HR Service Center, HR Call Center, CRM Group. In 2007, Dianah held the ASHRM Conference Program Director position. She was responsible for the speaker’s selection process and the full program logistics of the event that was held in Sharm Al Sheikh, Egypt. In 2012, Dianah automated many critical HR service within Personnel such as the Special Benefits Service. In 2013, Dianah worked on improving the HR Service Delivery Model and redefining the Department’s KPIs and internal measurements.

Dianah held various supervisory position some of which are; Social Insurance and workmen’s compensation Supervisor, Retirement Affairs Supervisor, and Salary Administration Supervisor.
