Dilipkumar Khandelwal

Dilip holds dual responsibility at SAP. In his role as the President of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), he is responsible for SAP’s HEC Business globally. Additionally, he heads the Cloud Delivery, Globalization Services and the Support functions. He has teams across the globe and is a member of the Global Executive Team at SAP reporting into the Executive Board.
He is also the Managing Director for SAP Labs in India where he is responsible for SAP’s development facilities in Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon.

Dilip has been with SAP for over 16 years and has worked across SAP’s technology and business portfolio namely Product development, Quality, Partner Qualification, Consulting, Support, Localization and now more prominently Cloud Delivery.
He holds an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business and has completed an executive leadership program from INSEAD. His passion around management also saw him through programs for senior executives at Wharton and Kellogg. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering specializing in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bombay University.
Dilip was recognized recently by The Economic Times amongst the top 40 leaders in India under the age of 40.

He keenly follows the startup space globally and is a strong proponent and believer in the potential of Indian Startups. He was instrumental in the setup of the SAP’s Startup Accelerator at Bangalore and at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
He follows sports and is an ardent Soccer and Kabaddi fan. He enjoys spending time with his family and spends time over the weekend gardening.
