Has business reached ‘peak Pride’?
The global LGBTQ+ community is up against well-organized and well-funded campaigns by the enemies of equality. The stakes are high and business has a unique role to play.
As Chief Executive of Open For Business, a global coalition of businesses who promote LGBTQ+ inclusion, I'm interested in making the economic case for LGBTQ+ inclusion - that diverse, open societies perform better, by engaging with business, government and Civil Society. We run programmes across the world and have staff in Kenya, The Caribbean, Central and Eastern Europe and soon-to-be South East Asia.
