Since 1976, work with UPS has included: mgmt operations, industrial engineering functions, senior positions in Corporate Accounting and Finance, Risk Mgmt and Acquisitions, serving UPS's subsidiaries and international regions; work as UPS corporate counsel included commercial transactions, intellectual property and information technology matters, and civil litigation; currently, Director, Philanthropy and Corporate Relations, The UPS Foundation, responsible for the operations and management of global philanthropic and corporate relations programmes. Member of the Board: Foundation for Independent Higher Education, UPS National Venture Fund; Metro Atlanta YMCA. Member: Corporate Advisory Board, National Council of La Raza; Board, Global Corporate Volunteer Council, International Association for Volunteer Effort (IAVE). Corporate Liaison, Points of Light Institutes' Service Council; UPS Representative, Logistics Emergency Team, World Economic Forum.
