Frank Thomas oversees communications, marketing and branding efforts for The Rise Fund, the global impact investing arm of alternative investment firm TPG. Frank comes to TPG from JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he helped lead their global Corporate Responsibility communications and brand marketing efforts, including for the firm’s $150 million commitment to Detroit and $2 billion global philanthropic efforts. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Frank managed political campaigns and worked in government at the local, state and federal level, driving strategy, media and messaging development. Frank was also a consultant with Stu Loeser & Co., working with advocacy organizations and global business leaders to help them develop and implement a wide array of communications strategies.
