Co-Founder and Chairman, Fosun International. Founded in 1992, Fosun is now a Forbes Global Top 500 company with a footprint spanning 50 countries and regions employing over 70,000 people. Mission for Fosun was to create integrated ecosystems in health, happiness and wealth, providing high-quality products and services for families around the world. Today, Fosun’s happiness ecosystem includes tourism and leisure assets such as Club Med and Atlantis Sanya, fashion brands such as Lanvin and Wolford, and cultural assets such as Cirque du Soleil and premier league football club Wolverhampton Wanderers. The health ecosystem includes one of China’s largest healthcare companies Fosun Pharma, Israel’s Sisram Medical, as well as collaborations with Kite Pharma and Intuitive Surgical from the US. Fosun’s wealth ecosystem consists of financial and insurance companies, including Portugal’s largest insurer Fidelidade and private bank Hauck & Aufhäuser in Germany. Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2007, Fosun reported $80 billion in total assets in 2017, revenues of $13 billion and profits of $2 billion.
