An MBA from Huron International American University (now HULT) and founder of the multimillion dollar IT Services company - Aspire, Kaushal worked on various projects around the world including Qatar, Brunei, Lebanon, UK and US, and got extensive exposure to the HR, Finance and IT functions.

Known for his quality consciousness and process driven approach, Kaushal decided to assist companies ensure that all their processes ran glitch free, under the harshest of circumstances. The vehicle to ensure this to happen, he realized, was high quality testing.
