Kenneth Kwok

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Global Citizen Capital

As Founder of Global Citizen Capital and KIDsforSDGs, Mr. Kenneth Kwok has one core mission: to embolden the reputation and representation of impact-driven innovation to empower one billion global citizens.

At the World Economic Forum, he is the first Top Innovator from Hong Kong /China to have been elected to the UpLink Innovation Network - and he has also been appointed as the first Engagement Champion for UpLink. He was a speaker and session contributor at Davos Annual Meeting 2021 on "Accelerating Grassroots Innovation". In addition, he is a member of the Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship within the Schwab Foundation, as well as was part of the Global Innovators Community.

Kenneth is a Young SDG Advocate whose focus is on the intersectionality of #impact, #innovation and #inclusion through a hybrid for-profit and not-for-profit circular model. He is the co-curator of the inaugural UNITAR Asia Pacific Youth Ambassador Programme through KIDsforSDGs for teenagers in the region.

Global Citizen Capital is an inter-disciplinary impact venture focused on education, green industries and healthcare, through a multi-faceted ESG lens. His for-profit ventures include Ntuple (a member of the Forum's Global Innovators Community), Family Mask (a member of the Forum's UpLink Innovation Network), and the MXA Group (a UNGM member). His not-for-profit ventures consist of Better Together Foundation (a UN SDSN Youth member) and ITS Foundation (a UNITAR partner).

Kenneth is particularly passionate about the advancement of Quality Education for All. Through KIDsforSDGs, he has built a leading community of young global changemakers across Asia through his engagements with the World Economic Forum itself, World Humanitarian Forum (where he served on the Youth Council), Social Enterprise World Forum, UN SDSN Youth, UN Women, Global Schools Program, Asian Development Bank, Geneva Tsinghua Initiative and more.

He is a passionate writer, and has authored the "Career Planning Algorithm" to help youth find their "north star". Prior to Global Citizen Capital, Kenneth has worked at UBS AG, Deutsche Bank and an Asian multi-billion family office. He is a frequent speaker and contributor on topics such as youth empowerment, net-zero ambitions, impact investment, ESG analysis, social justice and the Global Goals.

His various endeavours are part of the UN Global Compact and UN ESCAP communities. Family Mask and its PPE Technology Access Alliance is a UN SDSN Youth Solutions Innovator, and the #PPEforALL initiative donated over 2,500,000 units to marginalised communities around the world, with the support of members at the Forum of Young Global Leaders, Global Shapers Communities and Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship.
