Kunio Hara

He developed "Ho-Me-I-ku" (praise and raise), an education method originated in Japan, which has been spread to more than a million people in 20 countries around the world.

Leaving a major consulting company, he became a washer-up at a restaurant and worked his way up to a manager. “Ho-Me-I-ku” has been developed by combining his successful employee education there, brain science, and phycology.
