Liu Dashan

Chairman, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP)

Dashan Liu is Chairman of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, which is the only State-owned enterprise that mainly engages in energy conservation and environmental protection. He was second secretary of department of Science and Technology affiliated to Chinese Embassy in Canada, general manager of Peking Kang Sen Armstrong Machinery Company and vice executive secretary of machinery industry technology development fund. Mr. Liu attended EMBA that is a joint program between Renmin University of China and State University of New York at Buffalo, June 2000-July 2002. Then in 2004, Mr. Liu servedas deputy general manager of China National Machinery Industry Corporation under the administration of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. From 2009 to 2016, Mr.Liu successively take up the posts of director, general manager, of Nam Kwong (Group) company and deputy general manager of China General Technology(Group) Holding Limited. During this period, he attended “Yale university visiting senior research project” organized by Central Organization Department.
