Lucy is a 15 year BT veteran and currently head of marketing, delivery and execution for BT’s Global division. Her ongoing mission is to translate technology into language that people can connect with and relate to. She takes complex strategic projects and communicates them in an engaging way.
Her breadth of experience spans PR, corporate affairs, internal comms, event management, brand and programme marketing. She has a BSc (Hons) in International Management with American Business Studies from the University of Manchester, during which she spent a year at Babson College, MA, as well as a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered
Institute of Marketing.
