Since 2003, Prosecutor, International Criminal Court, with mandate to select and trigger investigations and prosecutions of most serious crimes of concern to international community, namely genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes; opened investigations into the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Darfur, Sudan, and Central African Republic; analysed alleged crimes under jurisdiction of court and existence of genuine national proceedings in Georgia, Colombia, Kenya, Afghanistan and Côte d'Ivoire. Former Visiting Professor, Stanford and Harvard universities. Author of books and articles relating to massive crimes and corruption.
