Luiz Augusto Pereira de Andrade Figueira holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ and has a Masters degree in Business Management from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RJ. Working in the electricity sector since 1985 and currently is the Management and Sustainability Director. He has held the positions of Head of the Financial Department in Eletrobras, Superintendent of Financial Resources in the Brazilian Energy Research Institute – EPE , Financial Management Assistant and Acting Financial Director.
