With a background in medicine, Mansour began his career as a Senior Health Specialist at the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. He later spent two years in Burkina Faso, West Africa, implementing and advising on health system reforms. Mansour holds postgraduate degrees in health policy and public health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the United States. He is actively involved in demographic dividend initiatives, leveraging his expertise to maximize the potential of population dynamics for economic growth and development.
