Former Corporate Social Responsibility Officer, PVH Corp. In 2013, joined Unilever as Global Vice-President for Social Impact, responsible for leading the implementation of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the development of the livelihoods ambition of the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan, with focus on fairness in the workplace and women's empowerment. Since July 2016, expanded role driving Social Sustainability implementation in Supply Chain. Member of Human Rights Advisory Group to UK Foreign Secretary; Member Social Sust. Committee CGF; Member of Intl Business Women's Forum. Former: Board and Executive Committee member, Fair Labor Association and Chair, Executive Board, GSCP. Has taught at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, New York and Business School, Universidad de Belgrano, Argentina.
